Tilorkit is a business management platform designed to help tailors and fashion brands manage their operations, including orders, customers, staff, payments, invoices, and public websites.

By using Tilorkit—whether through our dashboards, public tailor websites, invoices, or order request features—you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Tilorkit.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including business owners, staff members, and customers who interact with businesses through Tilorkit.

To use Tilorkit, you must:

• Provide accurate information: When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your business.
• Be responsible for your account: Businesses are responsible for all activities that occur under their account, including actions taken by staff members with access to the account.
• Understand role-based access: Tilorkit uses role-based access control (owner, admin, manager, front desk, production). Business owners are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions to staff members.
• Keep credentials secure: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with others, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

When you use Tilorkit to manage your business, you are responsible for:

• Customer data: You are responsible for the customer data you collect and store in Tilorkit. You must comply with applicable privacy laws and respect your customers' rights.
• Public order requests: When customers submit order requests through your public Tilorkit website, these are requests—not guaranteed contracts. You control approval, rejection, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Business relationships: Tilorkit provides tools to manage your business, but we are not involved in the actual business relationship between you and your customers. You are responsible for all agreements, pricing, delivery, and customer service.
• Disputes: Tilorkit is not responsible for disputes between businesses and their customers. We provide the platform, but you handle your own business relationships.

Tilorkit provides tools to track payments, generate invoices, and manage financial records. However:

• Payment processing: Currently, Tilorkit does not act as a payment processor. You are responsible for collecting payments from customers through your preferred payment methods. This may change in the future with additional features.
• Payment confirmation: You are responsible for confirming that payments have been received before marking orders or invoices as paid in Tilorkit.
• Invoice accuracy: Invoices generated through Tilorkit are records of transactions. They are not proof of payment unless explicitly marked as paid. You are responsible for ensuring invoice accuracy.
• Financial records: While Tilorkit helps you track financial data, you should maintain your own financial records and consult with accountants or tax professionals as needed.

Tilorkit offers various templates and features to help you run your business:

• Free features: Some templates and features are available for free. These may change over time as Tilorkit evolves.
• Paid features: Some templates, advanced features, or premium plans may require payment in the future. We will clearly communicate pricing before any charges apply.
• Pricing changes: Tilorkit reserves the right to change pricing, add new plans, or restrict access to certain features. We will notify existing users of significant pricing changes with reasonable notice.
• Feature availability: Features and templates may be added, modified, or removed over time. We strive to maintain backward compatibility but cannot guarantee all features will remain unchanged.

However, to provide Tilorkit's services, we need to store and process your data on our servers. By using Tilorkit, you grant us the necessary permissions to store, process, and display your data as part of the platform's functionality.

Tilorkit strives to provide reliable, uninterrupted service, but we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available:

• Uptime: We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The platform may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Maintenance: We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will try to minimize disruption and provide notice when possible.
• Feature evolution: Tilorkit is continuously evolving. Features may be added, modified, or removed over time. We will communicate significant changes that affect your use of the platform.

Either you or Tilorkit may end your use of the platform:

• Your termination: You may stop using Tilorkit at any time by closing your account or simply ceasing to use the platform.
• Our termination: Tilorkit may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or abuse the platform. We will typically provide notice and an opportunity to resolve issues before termination, except in cases of serious violations.
• Data retention: After account termination, we may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law, business needs, or to resolve disputes. You may request data deletion, subject to legal and business obligations.

Tilorkit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• No guarantees: We do not guarantee that Tilorkit will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or operate without interruption.
• Business losses: Tilorkit is not liable for any business losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform.
• Disputes: We are not responsible for disputes between businesses and their customers, or for any issues arising from your business operations.
• Use at your own risk: You use Tilorkit at your own risk. You are responsible for backing up important data and maintaining your own business records.

Tilorkit may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

When we make significant changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify you via email if you have an account with us
• Display a notice on the Tilorkit dashboard for a reasonable period

Your continued use of Tilorkit after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using Tilorkit.
